The study showed that minomycin had the lowest success rate, with roaccutane having a higher success rate but more side effects. The zinc and fish oil tablets had a higher success rate then the other two forms of popular internal antibiotics with no side effects.
After going through this cycle of trying different diets and failing it's easy to get jaded and frustrated. It's easy to start thinking diet has nothing to do with your acne - maybe the derms were right after all. It's easy to dump the whole natural thing and go back to drugs and chemicals.
